Terms & Conditions

Last updated 23 September 2026. These terms apply to every order on this website.

1. Agreement

Raah Wallart sells printed wall art and related décor to customers in India. Placing an order, paying by UPI, or tapping “I’ve paid” means you accept these terms, the Shipping Policy, and the Cancellation Policy. If you do not agree, do not pay.

2. What you are buying

Frames are sold in A4+ (9 × 12.5 in) at ₹299 and A3+ (12 × 18 in) at ₹449, unless a product page says otherwise. Clocks and some décor may be marked coming soon and cannot be ordered until they are live. Photographs are representative. Print colour, paper tone and frame finish can differ slightly from a phone or laptop screen. The size, material and description on the product page are what you are buying.

If a piece is personalised, you are responsible for the spelling, date and wording you approve. After a proof is approved, we print what was approved.

3. The ₹1 toward delivery

Every order adds ₹1 toward delivery, shown separately from the ₹49 Shipping & Packaging line. That ₹1 is used only toward delivery. It is not a donation, not a tip, not a charity receipt, and not an extra profit charge.

The actual courier cost is more than ₹1. Raah Wallart bears the rest of that delivery cost for the customer. The ₹1 does not by itself pay the courier in full, and it is not a promise that delivery is free. Shipping & Packaging (₹49 for the whole bag, anywhere in India) is charged in addition, as shown at checkout before you pay.

4. Price and payment

Prices are in Indian rupees and include applicable tax as stated on the product. The amount you must pay is the checkout total: selling price, any bag offer, Shipping & Packaging, the ₹1 toward delivery. Pay through Razorpay at checkout. We do not show a personal UPI ID or QR code on this site. Cash on delivery is not offered.

An order is recorded when you tap “I’ve paid”. It is confirmed for dispatch only after we see the UPI credit for that amount. “I’ve paid” does not by itself prove the money arrived. If the amount or UPI reference does not match, we may hold the order and contact you on the mobile number you entered.

If a price is obviously wrong because of a technical error, we may cancel that order before dispatch and refund the UPI amount actually received. We will tell you before doing so.

5. Shipping

Shipping & Packaging is ₹49 on an order with one frame, anywhere in India. From the second frame, delivery is free and that ₹49 is not charged. Every order also includes the ₹1 Support for Raah Wallart described above. Dispatch is usually 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Maharashtra is typically 3–5 business days after dispatch. The rest of India is typically 5–8 business days. These are estimates, not a guaranteed delivery date. Delays by the courier, weather, or an incomplete address are outside our control once the parcel has been handed over.

You must enter a complete address and a valid 6-digit pincode before checkout.

6. Cancellation, damage and returns

Please check the artwork, size and address before you pay. After the order is confirmed, we do not cancel it for a change of mind, because pieces are packed for that order. This does not take away any right you have under Indian consumer law if the goods are damaged, defective, or clearly not what was described.

If the parcel arrives damaged or the piece is not what you ordered, write to harshadwcb312@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with the order number and clear photographs of the outer carton and the piece. We will repair, replace, or refund the amount received for that piece, at our option, once we can see the problem. Do not refuse a genuine damaged delivery without telling us first, or the courier may not record the damage.

7. Your details

You confirm that the name, WhatsApp number, email and address you enter are correct and that we may use them to confirm payment, dispatch and delivery. See the Privacy Policy.

8. Artwork and website

Photographs, layout, names and text on this website belong to Raah Wallart or its licensors. You may not copy them for your own shop or ads. You must not use this site to upload anything unlawful or to interfere with checkout.

9. Limit of responsibility

To the extent Indian law allows, our responsibility for an order is limited to the amount you actually paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect loss, such as a missed event or a room you could not decorate on a particular day. Nothing here excludes liability that the law does not allow us to exclude, including liability for a defective product where the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 applies.

10. Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to any right you have to approach a consumer commission, the courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra have jurisdiction. Write to harshadwcb312@gmail.com first so we can try to resolve it.
